  Excellent prices, service and delivery. Driver was very helpful and delivery was made as agreed. Had to contact customer services as a couple of the screws didn’t have any cross heads cut in them, this was dealt with quickly and without any issues with replacements being dispatched now.
  
  Would definitely recommend Bella Bathrooms if you are wanting to update or replace anything in your bathroom.

  This is the second time I have purchased from Bella Bathrooms and have to say I will be returning in the future. The customer services have been excellent, with good communications all the way.   Customer services were brilliant, I ordered to take advantage of sale prices but needed delivery delaying. Rachael was very helpful and kept me informed throughout. I had an email from the delivery company to let me know delivery times (2 hour slot), and Rachael also emailed to ensure that I knew when it was coming. Very pleased with the items that arrived and how well they were packaged. Nothing is installed yet, but I'm very happy with the price, the quality and the customer service.
